VICTORIA ISLAND AND ARRAYANES FORESTS

After boarding at the pier in Puerto Pañuelo, we'll start our boat trip on Lake Nahuel Huapi. During this navigation of approximately one hour, we will enjoy the incredible views offered by the deck of the boat. The white and craggy peaks of the Andes, the blue tones of the glacier lake region of Argentine Patagonia... The natural surroundings are simply spectacular! The excursion continues with a second navigation to the Quetrihu peninsula where the other major attraction of the tour is located: Los Arrayanes National Park, We will anchor in the forest of Arrayanes on the Quetrihà peninsula. These trees with beautiful ocher tones form part of a Natural Reserve that was cataloged by Unesco as a Biosphere Reserve. We'll enjoy a pleasant 30-minute walk to discover the environmental attractions of this privileged natural destination. After the guided tour through the arrayanes forest, we will return to the boat to continue our 30-minute journey that will take us to the Puerto Anchorena pier, located on the beautiful Victoria Island. We will do a 60-minute trail through the interior of the island. Finally, we return to Puerto Pañuelo with the last Navigation of 50 minutes to meet with the transfer to the center of San Carlos de Bariloche. On this tour, we will discover both the diversity of flora (eucalyptus, pines, redwoods…) and fauna (cormorants and other outstanding birds). The place where the boats depart is Puerto Pañuelos, which is 25 km from the city, so a SAILING TICKET WITH TRANSFER TO THE PORT is included. How much is the Port Tax? Where do you pay? The Port Tax costs $390 Argentine Pesos and is paid by everyone aged 2 years and over. Entry to the Parks and Port Fee are paid on site on the day of the tour. How much does it cost to enter the National Parks? Where do you pay? Entry to the National Park costs: Non-Resident Adults $ 2700 Argentine Pesos /No entry fee to the parks: children under 5 years old; Retirees and Pensioners residing in Argentina; people with a disability certificate; residents of Bariloche. Entrance to the Parks is paid  in advance or on site on the day of the tour. If it is on the day, only in cash and Argentine pesos. Will you pick me up at the hotel? The transfer is included, we will pick you up at your hotel as long as you are within the stipulated route. If your hotel is not within this route, we will designate a closest meeting point for you to make the transfer. There are 2 companies that carry out this excursion: Turisur (Barco Modesta Victoria) and Espacio S.A (Catamaran Cau Cau). The difference is only in the boat you choose to sail on, as the times, price and route are the same. What are the differences between one boat and another and which one do you recommend? The "Modesta Victoria" is an old boat completely remodeled with "period" features. The "Cau Cau" is a modern catamaran. Basically you just need to choose which one you like best and choose the option when requesting your reservation. What is the VIP Room? The Vip Lounge is a service provided by Cau Cau Catamaran in a special area of the ship with more amenities and a catering service that you can consume free of charge on each leg of the sailing. The service includes drinks, coffee, tea, snacks, sweets table and canapés. Is it possible to buy food or bring food?
