Café de los Angelitos a traditional meeting place for Buenos Aires poets, writers and musicians. Artists used to share tables with typical Puerto Rican tricksters and crooks of the time, ironically called “Los angelitos” (the angels) by the police. Hence the name of this Buenos Aires tango house, frequented by some of Argentina's most important artistic and political personalities, including Tango's father, Carlos Gardel.
