Morning: Departure between 6:30 am and 7:30 am, returning at 1:30 pm. Afternoon: Departure between 1pm and 2pm, returning at 6:30pm. Meeting point: We pick you up at your hotel. Changes of dates or tours can be made up to 48 hours in advance. If the passenger does not go on the tour, a fine of 100% of the value will be charged. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Minors Policy: This tour is only permitted for over 18. No minors will be allowed to participate, even if accompanied by guardians. We appreciate your understanding. The time and name of the guide will be sent to the customer the night before the tour (normally until 10pm, which may vary due to high demand). For regular (shared) tours, the maximum waiting time per group is 10 minutes after the scheduled time. The pick-up address can be modified until noon on the day before the tour. We don't stop by to pick up at restaurants. The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen objects. In cases where we encounter any restriction that prevents us from carrying out the itinerary, the customer will be charged the percentage of execution of this service. A fine of 50,000 Chilean pesos per person will be charged in case of regurgitation in vehicles. Age Restriction: Not allowed for children under 18.
