SUMMARY ITINERARY: Clothing rental Stop at El Colorado station Stop at Casa Zerando for photos at the viewpoint Taringuita Restaurant (event venue overlooking the Farellones Valley) CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations/changes are 100% refundable, as long as they are made up to 48 hours in advance of the tour. Changes to dates or tours can be made up to 48 hours in advance. If the passenger does not attend the tour, a fine of 100% of the amount will be charged. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The schedule and name of the guide will be sent to the customer the night before the tour (usually by 10pm, but may vary due to high demand). For regular (shared) tours, the maximum waiting time per group is 10 minutes after the scheduled time. All cancellations/changes are 100% refundable, as long as they are made up to 48 hours in advance of the tour. Changes to dates or tours can be made up to 48 hours before the day before the tour. The pickup address can be changed up until noon the day before the tour. We do not pick up at restaurants. The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In cases where we encounter any restriction that prevents us from carrying out the itinerary, the customer will be charged the % of execution of that service. EXTRA TIP: We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen and warm clothing. There is a stop for clothing rental, which must be paid for on site.
