As the journey progresses, you'll make strategic stops, such as at Curva 32 for acclimatization, and at the spectacular viewpoints of Valle Nevado and Farellones, to enjoy the views and take photos. For additional information, see your reservation.   CANCELLATION POLICY:   All cancellations/changes are 100% refundable, provided they are made up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the tour price. Changes to dates or tours can be made up to 48 hours in advance.   GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:   The schedule and name of the guide will be sent the night before (by 10pm). The maximum waiting time per group is 10 minutes. The pick-up address can be changed until noon the previous day. We do not pick up at restaurants. A fine of 50,000 Chilean pesos per person will be charged in the event of regurgitation in vehicles. The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen items. The tour may be subject to change or cancellation due to force majeure factors.   EXTRA TIP:   We recommend bringing water, snacks, sunscreen, sunglasses, and warm clothing .
