Changes to dates or tours can be made up to 48 hours in advance. If the passenger does not go on the tour, a fine of 100% of the amount will be charged.   GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:   The schedule and name of the guide will be sent to the customer the night before the tour (usually by 10pm). The maximum waiting time per group is 10 minutes . The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In cases of restrictions that prevent the itinerary from being carried out, the percentage of service execution will be charged. The pickup address can be changed up until noon the day before the tour. We do not pick up at restaurants.
