Unlike alpine skiing, it is practiced on flat or slightly undulating terrain, without steep descents, making it ideal for all ages and fitness levels. If you've never skied before or want a more accessible activity to enjoy the snow, Nordic Skiing is the perfect choice! What is Nordic Skiing? Nordic Skiing is an easy to learn winter sport, accessible even to children aged 5 and over. Unlike alpine skiing, it does not require strength or speed, as it is practiced on smooth terrain, providing more control and safety. It is a perfect activity for families, couples and groups of friends who want immersive contact with the snow and nature of Patagonia. Equipment Included All the necessary equipment, which is totally different from alpine skiing: ✅ Special boots – Fastening only at the toes, allowing more mobility (unlike rigid alpine ski boots).✅ High poles – They reach up to the shoulders for better balance and momentum (in alpine skiing, they are shorter and reach the elbow).✅ Own skis – Thinner, adjusted to the rider's height and with scales at the base to prevent glides backwards (unlike alpine skis, which are larger and smoother).

The class lasts 1h30, ideal time to learn the main techniques. How does the class work?✔️ First movements taught on a flat polygon to make you feel comfortable.✔️ Next, we head for a beginner trail through the beautiful lenga forest.✔️ The route offers incredible views of Nahuel Huapi Lake and ends at a panoramic viewpoint perfect for photos! ????✨ After the lesson, you can continue skiing until the slopes close or until the scheduled transportation time.
