Your evening begins with a warm welcome and a glass of sparkling wine. The journey begins with a delicate Patagonian trout tartar. The interactive highlight is assembling your own empanada by folding the repulgue and preparing a fresh chimichurri. A practical and fun experience connecting with local culture. The menu in chapters harmonized with selected Argentine wines follows: Comforting Flavors: Chard dumplings and chickpea farinata. Local Classics: Chorizo, puff pastry black pudding roll and pork ribs. The central dish is the Meat Tasting, celebrating Argentina's fame: filet mignon with mushroom butter and slowly braised osso buco, accompanied by seasonal vegetables on the grill. Finally, Argentine sweetness: a Dessert Tasting with an emphasis on dulce de leche (chocotorta, flan and pancakes). The ritual ends with the traditional experience of mate, harmonized with artisanal alfajores.
