For Termas de Colina, cancellation must be requested 7 days in advance. If the passenger does not go on the tour, a fine of 100% of the value will be charged. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The schedule and name of the guide will be sent to the client the night before the tour (normally by 10pm). The maximum waiting time per group is 10 minutes. The agency is not responsible for lost or stolen objects. In cases of restrictions that prevent the itinerary from being carried out, the service execution percentage will be charged. The pick-up address can be changed until noon on the day before the tour.
